Man charged over fatal heroin overdose

A man has been charged after a woman's fatal heroin overdose in Canberra earlier this year.
On June 5, the woman was brought unconscious to North Canberra Hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later.
Following an investigation, police will allege the woman agreed to be injected with heroin, and a 24-year-old man did so at her request.
